The founders of Base Building Group have more than 15 years of combined experience in real estate development, general contracting, and architecture working on the following types of building projects; single family and multi-family residential, mixed-use, and commercial.

Base Building Group can act as owner’s representative to manage the entire development process. We will draw on our professional experience in real estate development, general contracting, and architecture to provide integrated turn-key solutions for our client needs. Alternately, Base Building Group can provide select development services such as feasibility study, assistance with acquisition or entitlement, estimating, scheduling, selection of design team and/or contractor, contract review, sustainability consulting, and construction management.

Base Building Group is able to maximize their contribution to projects in preconstruction and planning by collaborating with design teams at project inception to achieve value in building design and increase the quality of the construction documents. At the same time, Base Building Group will provide updated cost estimates and project schedules to make sure initial budgets remain on track. Throughout construction Base Builders will draw on the diversity of its personnel and the specialized abilities of its subcontractors to achieve our clients’ visions. We will utilize our experience to foresee critical issues, mitigating problems and controlling costs to deliver projects that achieve budget and schedule goals.

Base Building Group is committed to incorporating a high degree of sustainability into our company’s operations. This includes providing green building consulting services for our clients and implementing green building techniques on our projects. Base Building Group has LEED Accredited Professional personnel and is capable of managing LEED certification for projects where that is a goal. Base Building Group can baseline development projects’ sustainability levels, advise regarding evolving regional municipal sustainable building requirements, and help projects meet and exceed these requirements.
